Lab Reports are actually spelled as NIGHTMARES!
Did lab report till 3am and spent 30mins looking for my earphones(which i left in msia), woke up stone-ed at 545am for school. Got stung by mosquitoes twice on the bus(WTH), OMGZ endured 6hrs of lecture and 2hrs of tutorialssss and realised that the lab report i've been rushing through is due on mon instead of tmr. Went through the quiz during one of the tutorials and one property of water due to it's ability to form hydrogen bonds is that IT IS GOOD FOR MAKING SOUP?! WTH WTH WTH. I even laughed at the lecturer's failed attempt at humor, who knew it was an serious answer. Did alright for my test 22/30, seeing that i focused on lec 6&7 when only lec 1-5 were tested which i totally didnt touch.Bumped into WanXin ard sch bef tutorial; YongShin aft econs lec who was in PJC uniform(cosplay, he said. makes me miss SA uniform again); ShiHui and WenZhu before biomolecules lecture; JiaHui right aft lec ended and MelShan on the way to the bus stop. MelShan and i actually screamed and went to high5 each other excitedly while our friends(and everyone else) looked on at the Business School carpark. Ahem, imagine the crowd there at 530pm.
Yucks 2 LabReports due next Mon, another 2 on next Fri(means 4 nextwk) and another 5 more in the coming week. LabReport no longer consist of just results and conclusion; look at my BS104 DryLab ReportRequirements - it's dry lab only pls; wet lab is worse because we have to discuss the experimenttt.
1. Presentation of a PDB file: Please summarize the key features of a PDB file (PDB files are in hundreds of pagesss)
2. Give a brief introduction of the structure of gamma-immunoglobulins including the origin of their genetic diversity
3. Describe the role played by the gp120 protein in the AIDS virus life cycle.
4. Describe the interaction between antibody b12 and the epitope it recognizes on gp120.
5. Why is it difficult to obtain antibodies that neutralize the AIDS virus?
Yesyes, we learnt HIV before in JC so should be easy, but you cant obviously get everything from JC notes and chunk into Uni report right! Plus, this module has no quiz so the CA results are based on LabReportsss!
